Everything you need to know about case submissions, availability, and real-time support
A real-time consultation provides immediate, case-specific guidance while your patient is being evaluated or treated. This service is designed to support clinical decision-making in the moment, particularly during anesthetized procedures.
Practices may either call directly during designated consultation hours for real-time case discussion and intraoperative guidance (billed per case), or submit dental radiographs for interpretation and clinical support.
To begin radiograph submission services, submit your clinic information through the setup form on this page.
Our team will coordinate directly with our imaging partner, who will contact you to complete setup and provide account access.

Payment is completed securely online (credit/debit), and a receipt is automatically generated for your records.
This service is intended to provide real-time, peer-to-peer specialist guidance and does not replace a complete diagnostic workup, formal radiology report, or comprehensive treatment plan.
Any written summary provided represents a brief synopsis of the discussion and clinical impressions at the time of consultation.
Formal diagnostic reports may be requested for an additional fee. In some cases, a formal report may identify findings that were not discussed during the initial real-time consultation.
Communication of all finalized diagnostic findings and recommendations to the client remains the responsibility of the primary attending clinician.
The attending veterinarian maintains full responsibility for diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care. This service is advisory in nature.
